I'm getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time today. Any tips?

It hurts the first time you get them waxed, but when you get them done the second time, you don't feel anything. If it hurts a lot, you can put a cold, wet cloth on your eyebrows, and apply some moisterizer to your browbone.


Afterwards if you get a stray hair, it won't hurt at all to pluck it. I'm getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time today. Any tips?
tell them you want them to look natural and tell her if you want them thin or thick. personally i like thick eyebrows. thin eyebrows make you look older and like your always suprised haha sorry made me think of george lopez hahahah but yeah some ppl will get out of hand and they start with beautiful eyebrows and end up destroying that. remember that you can always have more taken off another time, but like hair, once it gone it gone , but eyebrows grow a bit quicker... anyway what i am trying to say is there is no need to go mad just have them tidied up, eyebrows look better with definition .. Good Luck x
nevr flinch it will messss up big time. and make sure yu ask how long theyvebeen doing it bcuz even tho there jus eye browls they put a big impresstion on yur look.it hurts but not as bad as yu think jus chill and think of it as if yur doing it because pain is beauty!
Make sure you go to a professional person so they don't burn your face, and keep your eyes closed. The area will be red and irritated for a couple of minutes after the wax, but that's normal. It hurts, but nothing unbearable.
it doesnt hurt that bad and after you should wash your face and put lotion on the red part but the funny thing is like everyone i know gets super red after waxing their eyebrows but i dont at all like my skin stays the same haha even my waxing lady said :)

Not really any tips! Just close your eyes and they will either count to three or just do it! Nothing bad it just stings after wards and if you bleed then they said that meant that they got it from the roots!

ohh and dont plan on goin out after .. well at least an hour cuz it will be RED! oh and to get rid of the redness .. cream or milk will get rid of it!!

And also, make sure you tell the person who's doing your eyebrows EXACTLY what you want. One little mistake and it's gone.

* Chew up 2 or 3 Tums or Rolaids 20 to 30 minutes before you get waxed to help with swelling/redness*

Just dont hangout with anyone you like it look good for after cause ur eyebrows will be all red!
Don't go too tiny, and just relax when they pull it off.
