How do you get rid of those little tiney bumps you get after you wax your eyebrows????????

This happend to me once when i was younger and used to get mine done and i went back to see what caused it , the woman said it was because i had my period????? weird i dunno but, i dont get my eyebrows done anymore cos i realized they just do them how they think they will look good not what you want and most of the time they make them so thin...and i dont like that.How do you get rid of those little tiney bumps you get after you wax your eyebrows????????
