i would get them now, i would get them threaded over waxing it looks som much more natural!!
if you've got the money get them done...
once you've had them shaped professionally you can keep on top of them by regular tweezer plucking..
nice eyebrows can really change a face shape
I got mine done when I was 12, trust me its ok for a 13 year old to get it done. gop soon as possible, but don't make it look really pollished, rember your still 13, so try and keep it looking natural.

Well it's up to you when you want them done, ive had mine waxed and plucked since i was 12. It really helps to define your face and eyes!
There is no age limit on getting it done, but bear in mind it does hurt a little!
