First time getting eyebrows waxed?

im going into highschool, i've never had my eyebrows waxed or tweezed but i want to. what do i do when i go into the salon?, do i have to tell them a type of shape?, or do they do it on their own?First time getting eyebrows waxed?
ok i wax mine all the time u can tell them u either want it small and thin if thats what u want but sometimes they do it on ur own if u dont care what u get let them choose but if u do tell them and it doesnt hurt its just surprising lol

They will work with the shape of your eyebrow. You can certainly tell them how thick or thin you would like them. FYI...I wouldn't plan to do anything for a couple hours after having it done. Your eyes will be red and a bit puffy. Go home and put some cucumbers on them for a bit.

they will probably wax them to a htinner, more perfected shape, they will go with the natural curve of your eye brow.
Go to the salon and tell them that you're there for your eyebrows to be waxed. They'll tell you the price (or they may have it listed already) and when you're getting it waxed, they will ask for your opinions but they know what they're doing. You can tell them if you want them to be a bit thinner or really thin, but you don't have to say what shape. You can say nothing and they still do a great job.





IMPORTANT: Depending on how much hair is being waxed and how thick it is, you might want to avoid making plans after getting waxed. When I did it the first time, some of the skin below one of my eyebrows turn pink and puffy and hot. But the hair I waxed was relatively thick and a bunch of it. If you want, put some ice on your skin but I would just wait for it to pass. It's not that bad a feeling.





And don't be afraid. Waxing doesn't hurt as much as everyone says. It's like a stinging feeling when the wax is pulled off.
